Marine Resources
Marine Resources programming for Rutgers NJAES Cooperative Extension (RCE) is conducted by two agents, Gef Flimlin and Cara Muscio, located in Ocean County. Both agents work throughout Monmouth, Ocean, and Atlantic Counties. Gef and Cara are currently working together on both the Barnegat Bay Shellfish Restoration Program and the Seafood Safety website.
